Our key objective at the Nigeria Student Venture Prize is to make entrepreneurship mainstream in Nigeria’s tertiary institution and we do this practically with people that have done and are doing it. We have hacked the conventional entrepreneurship curriculum beyond reading to pass exams. We are here to give our teeming young people the education, resources and platform to put their creativity to use and solve big problems, turning their ideas to solutions
At the core of this is our mentors. We invites experienced entrepreneurs, corporate executives and academia to serve as mentors and resources for students nationwide broadly and one-on-one with exceptional enterprising students that makes it to our boot camp. While their backgrounds vary, our mentors offer critical guidance and support to teams of all types, and host regular office hours and events throughout the year.
